How much is the deposit, when is it due, and is it refundable?
The deposit is $1,500, due at the time of booking the desired date, and it is non refundable.

How many chairs? How many tables?
We have 14 rectangular farmhouse tables- with seating for 140, and the remaining tables are round with linens supplied. We have 400 chairs.
How many guests can you accommodate?
200- with the option for more available upon request
Can we bring our own alcohol?
Yes! We just require the use of our third party bartender at the rate of $300 per night.
Are you required to use the preferred vendors?
No, you are free to use whichever vendors you like, only excluding our bartender. If you have alcohol, we require the use of our third party bartender. We have a vendor list solely for the convenience of our couples. The vendors on the list are ones that work at Owen Farm frequently and consistently do a great job! Please see our preferred vendors here on this list!
Where are convenient accommodations for out of town guests?
There are a few wonderful airbnb’s nearby that previous couples have used on their wedding weekend for out of town guests and family. This is a great option! See our list here of ones that work well in the past
Otherwise there are two Hampton Inn’s that are about 15-20 minutes from the venue.

Do you work with out of state couples?
Yes we have worked with many out of town couples, Owen Farm is a wonderful option for a destination wedding feel without the tough logistics of your traditional destination wedding.
Can we use candles /confetti /sparklers/ fireworks/ animals/ lawn games/ bounce houses/ food trucks etc. ?
Please ask for any specific requests similar to these above however generally we allow sparklers, real candles, fireworks, bounce houses, we encourage lawn games (since we have a perfect spot for it) as well as animals- please provide us with this specific information before wedding weekend so we can go over the specific details
However, confetti is not allowed. This is non-negotiable and may result in a fine due to the extra time and resources needed to clean this up before the next wedding.
Do you offer mini packages or weekday packages?
No at this time, we only offer one package and it includes the use of the venue from Friday-Sunday.
Are tables, linens, chairs, plates, silverware, and glassware provided, or will I have to rent them myself or get them through my caterer?
Linens are provided for the round tables at the reception if there is a need to seat more than 140 guests. Chairs and tables are also included. Any need for silverware, glassware, etc will need to be provided from another vendor, or bring yourself.

Do you provide heaters for the outdoor spaces?
Yes, we also have clear sides to add to the sides of the reception barn to help with the chilly nights.
Can the venue accommodate a DJ or live band?
Yes! We have had couples have both, and there is space for either.
Do you have a sound system and/or microphones for speeches?
At this time we do not.
Do you have a photo booth?
Yes we have a photo booth available for an additional fee of $200, please let us know if this is something you would like so we may have it set up for your big day!
What time can my vendors start setting up on the day of the wedding?
You will have the use of the venue from 12:00 PM on Friday so your vendors are welcome to come at any time after that.
Are cabs/rideshares (like Uber, Lyft, etc.) easily accessible from the venue?
Not typically, on occasion there have been rideshares available however we would not rely on this as an option for guests who may need a ride home.
Are there changing areas for the bride, groom, and/or wedding party?
Yes! There is a farmhouse included in the wedding package that the bridal party generally gets ready in, as well as a silo near the reception area for groomsmen to get ready/store their belongings.
